Career support at Medical Forum is in three phases. Phase 1 and 3 are not always needed and sometimes not all of Phase 2 is needed either. But for anyone unsure where to start or whether to invest in their career - Phase 1 is a good place to start
Many people are ill prepared for the process of career guidance and want to rush towards a decision or solution.
This means that decisions can be kneejerk or don't turn out well longer term. We like everyone to get the best out of their contact with us. For this reason sometimes we suggest one or more of our ebooks or ecourses as a first step.
This is made up of the two key elements which combine to give in depth career guidance and detailed action planning.
1 Career Review (CR) a stand alone way of doing a career reevaluation and can be conducted from anywhere in the world.
2 Personal Career Programme (PCP) .
The PCP can only be booked after successful completion of the CR.
Sometimes the first two phrases are sufficient but at other times there arises a need for ongoing support, feedback or accountability for taking plans forwards or with negotiations at the workplace.
