Careers are like chariots - you've either got the reins - or you haven't
What we are about
A fertile system for idea generation - if you need to see more options A confidential place to air concerns and dreams - so that you can explore.... unjudged Novel approaches to career exploration- which will get you out of a rut Structure to provide ways forwards - ensuring that you begin to forge a motivating plan A holistic approach to reevaluating - meaning all aspects of your life considered equally |
Our philosophy is about ensuring a person
Finding new avenues, pursuing a long held but unexplored career passion, making radical changes due to ill health or reevaluating work can all seem very daunting - especially if a current career situation is very stressful. We work together with you as a team on your career We never "tell" someone what they "should" do with their career. If you want to be "told" what to do - we are not going to be the right solution for you. But if you crave an empowered way forwards - we are. |
Our history
Medical Forum has been in operation since 1990 (well before popular usage of the internet!) so there is heaps to say about how we grew and what underpins our motives for giving career support. It all began informally with a sort of self help meeting in a London wine bar in 1989 and has grown ever since.
