Which of these is the closest reason why you have got in touch?

Vision:  If a person has no clear view of where they are heading - this makes it difficult (impossible) to work towards. Our approach allows vision to emerge.

Health: Work affects health and health affects work. Career decisions that will enable both to  flourish is the key. We offer a neutral sounding board for plans.

Feel trapped: If you say you are trapped - then you are. Exploring  needs, wants, vision and options  reverses this career limiting & demoralising state.

Mismatch: Despite best efforts sometimes a person ends up in a career that they are ill suited to and it to them. This comes in primary and secondary forms.

Retirement: Planning for retirement is something one can start in early career - the sooner the better. Many wish to keep working but in a different way.

Burnout: Any burnout at all can severely limit career decisions and enjoyment of life in general so it is vital to address burnout before any career planning.

Options: Generating new directions and challenges from a standing start is much harder to do entirely alone.  Our career exploration structure helps.

Procrastinate: We all do this about something or other to a greater or lesser extent.  How to stop it on the career front is to undergo some career reevaluation

Plateau: Anyone can experience a plateau in their career. Some see it coming - others only notice when on it.  Helping you to find exciting new goals is our forte.

What do you want? This links with "vision" -  both are a big challenge especially if mismatch or burnout  lurk too. Our Career Review kickstarts solutions.

Only just hanging on: This may well be a career crisis underway.
Career crisis planning is different to career choice planning. We do both although not together. Why?

Rut:  Similar to the plateau but one tends to feel boredom after quite a while plugging away at the same old same old. New goals are the key and ....new attitudes.
