Why and - why NOT to book
The step in the journey towards better work life balance or a more motivating career plan is often - a call.
Big career decisions or the suitability or generation of options will however not be resolved in a call ... simply because we don't know enough about you to be sure that our guidance is truly relevant.
So a preliminary phone call is an exploration and a starting point. Before career guidance can commence we need to know more about things like social situation, your motivations and finances, your personality and ambitions, your health and your concerns, your fears and your dreams , your skills etc.
Our Career Review Programme has a 30+ page workbook where you can document this information as well as learn more about yourself and what you want. When we get it back - we learn lots about you.
However...not everyone is ready to launch into a Career Review Programme. Sometimes preliminary advice in a 55 minute call.... to clarify some short term issues ...is exactly the right first step.
