Be sure to watch the home page video before joining the workshop.

What is the aim of the workshop? Change - whether that is minor or radical is a part of all careers. In this workshop we share simple tips and techniques  which support effective career planning so that wherever a person is in their career trajectory or journey - they can plan for gaining greater job satisfaction and better work life balance with confidence. The aim is to demystify and to an extent destigmatise the concept of medical career diversification and change and show you there are tried and tested ways to explore a career - it doesn't have to be a quagmire.

Who is it for? Any age or specialism - whether you want to add some new strings to your career bow, generate options, decide between choices or forge a complete change of direction. Mixed ages and specialisms add to the event because we stick to principles of career exploration and planning.
