How do dentists change career?

The short answer to this is - the same way anyone else changes career.

The longer answer is - they go through a process of career reevaluation that involves looking at themselves, their achievements thus far, their personality, aspirations, social situation, ambitions and.... a whole lot more.

Once this is underway ( and we do this at Medical Forum via our Career Review Programme) our feedback and summary report help to clarify any areas of contradiction or confusion as well as laying out a provisional shortlist of options.
