Changeroo - our sister company

When relatives and friends of doctors asked if they could join our programmes - we looked at which elements we offer might be tailored to them. We found that pretty much all of it does.

Why? Because we have always stuck to the principles of career planning. We had to do this because there are over 80 different career paths in medicine and we decided 25 years ago to not try and be detailed career information providers but to focus upon the core principles of career development that can be applied to any career at all.

We wrote "easy career change good career choice " to be applicable to anyone facing the often daunting task of reevaluating their career.

It is ideal for anyone from age 21 to 65+
It relates to the very first things you need to do before undertaking any structured career guidance.

These things are NOT the things you might expect ( eg there is no CV rewriting in the earliest preparation - that comes later - and to jump to job hunting or attempts at decision making including the proverbial "do I or don't I leave my current job" too early usually results in  'doomed to failure" approach.

Conversely our steady, well through through, tried and tested, structured yet creative approach to career exploration is far more likely to get results, be less stressful and gain better outcomes.

This ebook is an "etraining" booklet in that it is not just about reading it ( the text itself is short and can be completed in a couple of hours max). The real benefit comes from.....

A) completing the exercises at the end of each section
B) returning the questionnaire at the end for some feedback
