If you have decided that seeking career support would be a good idea there are two important considerations - time and cost
For part 1
8 hours for the reading and filling in
For part 2
An hour or two reading and reflecting on our summary and preparing for the 40 minute call
So about 10-12 hours maximum .
This is the time to complete the programme but you will also ideally need to allocated a similar time over the next 3-6 months in order to carry out the new plans.
A similar amount of weekly time is needed if someone then joins our Personal Career Programme after the Review.
So think "four hours a week" until the career is feeling back on track and under your control. This usually takes between 3 and 12 months but people often comment that they feel relieved almost as soon as the join the Review as now they are finally taking action.
Is it expensive?
The cost of committing to doing something about career plan that is either stuck, spiralling or in plateau mode has to be put into context of
- how much misery or anxiety is it causing you
- what financial losses arise by taking no action
- how much better you would feel if things were feeling more in balance
There are several ways to get started on the Career Review each structured differently depending on your needs.
Fast track: £650
2 weeks and is the most cost effective way
Ideal for those who want to get on with things pronto or who have deadlines looming in the next six months
Split track: £720
Separated into three phases and 3 payments of £240
1 Part 1 is completed weeks 1-6
2 Report summary week 7
3 Final follow up
Ideal if not in a hurry and wish to spread the payments
Steady track: monthly £80 per month for 9 months
This is ideal for those who are planning well ahead and who need to spread the cost over a longer time frame
One section of part 1 arrives each week for three months.
An alternative is to do just part one on its own without any commitment to part 2 (which is our feedback). We feel our expert input is by far the most useful part of the Review but some prefer to take one step at a time.
Part 1 £270
Part 2 can be joined as long as within 6 months of part 1 £550
Preliminary discussion/onboarding 55 minute call :£150
Whilst this may seem like a cheaper option no real career guidance can take place during the call because we know nothing about you. Your state of readiness to engage in career guidance may also mean that this call cannot achieve a major shift. Naturally what can be done in one hour is different to that which is achieved over 12. But for some it is right.
