Where does ego come into careers
by Dr Sonia Hutton-Taylor
There are umpteen ways that the ego or egos can sabotage or drive a career.
Overall - if egos are at play it means that the career you have is not managed by the real you - the deeper you - but is orchestrated by a series of fears or doubts, habits, distractions or programmes, or other people's conditioning and expectations. If you are feeling in tune with your work and career this need not bother you. However if you are harbouring discomfort regarding your work - this piece below may strike a chord. It is not just for careers but applies to the whole of life. If you seek greater peace, higher achievement, clearer vision for what you want to do in life, better relationships and more - these two pages provide a simple outline of where to start.

I am told that I have made enough changes to it - updating it to the 21st century - that I do not infringe copyright.
I am happy for anyone to share this document as long as the credit for who wrote it and who inspired it and the web link remain.
