All teleconferences commence at 7pm and end at 8pm
Once you have registered and paid for the teleconference/s you wish to join you will be sent (by email) the telephone number to call , some guidelines for the session and your exclusive pin number for joining the session.
If you are one of the first five delegates registering for a conference - you will be offered the chance to ask a question. If there is time and questions are opened to the floor - these may be submitted by email during the conference (although there is no guarantee your question will be addressed).
Some of the sessions will be audio only and others may have a powerpoint slide available for viewing simultaneously. You will be informed of the URL of the powerpoint at the start of the meeting so try to be at a broadband connection when you call.
Please call from a landline and from a very quiet location as cumulative background noise from dozens of participants creates a poor quality line. If you have to call from a mobile then please use the mute setting (and work out what this is on your phone beforehand).
