How to make payments

There are several ways to order and make payments for our products and services.

These will be different depending on whether you are visiting us for your own career or on behalf of an organisation such as a Trust, postgraduate centre, medical association or other professional body.

Some tutors may be happy to purchase items through their own credit card or cheque and then claim reimbursement. We supply receipts for all payments made (electronic if you pay using credit card on the web or by post/email if you send in an order by post).

Individuals

The two methods are

Credit card :

for the items on the order list  that have a paypal button next to them. Currently this is not available for all items but soon will be.

By post :

using either the full application form on our  7 page e-brochure which can be obtained by emailing leaflet@medicalforum.com

or by using the mini application form on the back of one of our more succient one page DL leaflets which you may have obtained at a workshop or which may be handed to you by someone who thinks you might benefit from our support.

Please note - if you are planning to claim study leave for any of our facilities we require that you make payment yourself and claim this back using the receipt we send out.

Tutors and organisations

You may wish to set up an annual subscription with us or to order specific items through your work. To do this we require a purchase order form detailing whom we should invoice, the organisation address and your role within it.  Please see tutor section for an email communication form if you have any queries.
