1 Interview wizardry 

This is an email course that arrives over 10 days - and takes only 5-10 minutes per day. It is for self directed learning and is not supported by any feedback unless you wish to upgrade to the feedback element option at the end of the course (additional £60)

However if you join an "interview review" (this is a variation of the Career Review Programme which you join and then indicate on the workbook that you fill in and return that it is "interviews" you are most interested in) this e-course is free.

2 Telephone support

We ask you several questions that you have prepared for and several that you don't know we are going to ask and we give immediate feedback on your answers and where any key problems may lie.

post mortems

This is a discussion of how a recent or past interviews have gone , analysing what may have gone wrong or where you could do better. They are extremely valuable in the day or so after an interview when it is all fresh in your mind.

Just for some practice in having someone ask you questions and to fine tune your approach at any time after you have completed one of our training programmes.

3 interview review

 

This is an option within the Career Review Programme. So you join a CRP and tick the box "interviews" when you return the workbook. The summary we provide will then be tailored to important interview issues such as which key strengths you should be selling etc. The Interivew Reivew is excellent preparation for a Personal Career Programme - Interviews.

The e-course "interview wizardry" is also free if you join a Career Review.

4 Personal career programme -interview

This is a half day session with preparation work beforehand and follow up afterwards.

It can only be joined after successful completion of an Interview Review. This is to ensure that candidates get the best from this personal training as if we know nothing about you prior to the interview training face to face - then we won't have identified the key areas to work on and won't know anything about your past. Hence the importance of the Interview Review as a first step. Sometimes people find that the Interview Review on its own is enough and they decide not to proceed to the PCP- interview.
