Factsheet Aims

This section contains some one page articles or factsheets written in response to some of the more common questions that arise or career situations that we see.

You may not find that all of them are entirely relevant to you right at this moment but we hope you will find the time to scan through them. 

For example  "the career plateau" is something that hits many a career but, if one knows about it well in advance one can develop the skills and career plan that will ensure it does not perturb you if and when it appears to be looming. So - rather than feeling "oh my goodness - there is a career plateau ahead of me" and feeling panic you will merely think "ah yes - I knew that might happen and I know there are things I can do about it".  If you are a student reading these articles - even qualifying may seem a million miles away and thus it may be hard to contemplate reaching any sort of plateau. However, forewarned is forarmed!
