Personalised Career Programme (PCP)

When you need one to one focused and tailored career discussion, a PCP is the answer.

It can be joined only after after a Career Review. Why?

• There is a need for both you and us to be well prepared prior to discussions
• By the time the Review is complete - we have a very good grasp of your concerns
• Core issues influencing career progress or choices are aired and agenda drawn up
• We can be sure to not waste time on basic information gathering once we meet
