The fastest approach we offer is the Career Review . This is designed to provide a steady, structured yet clear starting point for all manner of productive career discussions. With both you and us learning more about your career (in far more depth than a CV would offer and with both of us well prepared) any career discussion is increased in its effectiveness many fold. The Review takes a couple of weeks to complete and we strongly recommend taking this approach as it ensures we are well informed about you before offering support on ways forwards. However, we do offer some other ways to speak to us more promptly.

Please note:

There is a difference between desiring progress as soon as possible and "career crisis management"

If you feel you want to speed up access to career guidance (eg to hours or days rather than weeks) it may not be career guidance you need but "crisis management support"
