E-coaching

Where there are concerns or frustrations in a current career situation, e-coaching offers a way of sharing and assessing this on a confidential and daily (weekdays) basis. E-coaching helps to smooth over and resolve issues detracting from enjoyment at work or preventing work-life balance. A month of e-coaching is also an integral part of our in depth Career Renew Programme.

How e-coaching works

Starting on a Monday for four weeks minimum (weekdays) - you email us a summary of either the issues affecting you at work or a rundown of your day. We respond and a dialogue ensues.

  • Week 1: "get it off your chest" where we establish what is concerning you.
  • Week 2: defining some reasonable goals or priorities for the e-coaching.
  • Week 3: goes to implementation plans.
  • Week 4: reviews the previous weeks.
