My Career

Ballet dancer,Nurse,Author
Poet, Doctor, Ballet dancer
Doctor
And now I’m stuck.

Stuck firm before I’ve even started
I just want to find somewhere to fit in,
Somewhere where I’m valued
Just for being who I am.
Somewhere I’m not made to feel
Second rate; a problem to be solved.
I just want a job where I can be me,
Be me, and be happy
Just like I always try to be,
Without people making
A simple thing like that
An almighty effort.
I hope I find it soon

My Career

Playing doctors and nurses at the age of 4
A doctor he'll be - his parents are sure
But later in life is when he will know
What he should do and where he should go

What should I do and where should I go
At the age of 16 who would know?
But we choose a degree!
And then we grow up at the age of 33

Trust in your heart - or is it your head
That one should follow instead
I pray for the lotto
Or maybe I will just get blotto

Time to think clearly as mature married man
Make some goals and follow a plan
