e-course (find your career niche) - 3 different views

Q1 Why did you join this e-course?

To have a chance to re-evaluate my career direction, as I was unhappy with where I was going, (acute medicine LAT)
I did the ecourse to seek guidance as to how I could improve matters in relation to my job.
I joined the ecourse because i wanted to make a move in starting to make a change but also to see if this career programme is what i am looking for.AND IT IS

Q2 Has it made you think/act any differently regarding your career?

Yes
It has started to make me think and do things differently. Have tried to identify problem areas and tried to address them.
It has made me think that there is possibly changes and other careersout there that i am just not aware of..

Q3 What do you feel you learned from it?

It was a good chance to take time to reflect on the different aspects of my career that are important to me, what I enjoy, don't enjoy or could put up with for the sake of the bits I do like.
Learned about the multifactorial elements that can contribute to job satisfaction and happiness.
I feel that i have come to the point where i have got to put more effort into considering a new career path but there is help out there. And that I need to start looking at myself.

Q4 What one thing will you do differently if anything?

Not sure
Try not to complain about my job. Have a good deal on the whole in my job but now believe that the things that seem to be making me unhappy could possible be addressed.
I plan to join the career programme in a couple of weeks when i am back from holiday.
